Rules
Official Rules: Despise Gossip Double Knee Giveaway
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Sponsor: Despise Gossip, LLC, 19444 Stough Farm Rd, Cornelius, NC, 28031.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor and their household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Entry period: Begins November 10, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET and ends November 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
How to enter: Complete the entry form at despisegossip.us/pages/forestry-giveaway with your name, email and phone number. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize: One (1) pair of Double Knee pants, made to the winner’s measurements. Approximate retail value: $250. Free shipping within the US. No cash or other substitution, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner selection: One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on November 24, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification: The winner will be called at the phone number entered on November 24, 2026. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond
within 2 hours of our first call attempt, an alternate winner will be drawn.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the notification call may be filmed and shared, and that the Sponsor may use the winner’s first name, city and likeness in its marketing without further payment, except where prohibited by law.
